01How long does it take to get 501(c)(3) status?
Timing depends on the application type, the completeness of the materials, and IRS processing. Texas nonprofit formation and federal tax-exempt recognition are separate processes. Approval timing cannot be guaranteed.
02Can I pay myself from the nonprofit?
