He earned his BBA in Accounting from Lamar University in 1971 and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston Law Center in 1982.
Eraka is an estate planning, probate, guardianship and family law attorney. As an experienced trial attorney, her practice emphasizes helping people to build, preserve and pass on their wealth.
She works with her clients to accomplish their goals while avoiding unnecessary court proceedings and minimizing or eliminating exposure to death taxes.

Steven Pollard serves as the Chief Technology Officer, supporting the firm's technology environment and digital infrastructure. His role centers on technology, digital systems, and the tools that support the firm's modern operations.
Alexandra Childs serves as Executive Assistant, providing administrative and organizational support across the firm's leadership and day-to-day activities.
